Brian O 'Neill

2007 update. Brian and his wife, Lynn, live in Scottsdale and recently bought a log house just outside Bozeman, MT. They have 5 sons between them – Brian two (Kevin & Sean) and Lynn three (Alex, Ben & Ted).  Brian’s son Sean has two daughters, Kelly (6) and Morgan (4). and they live in Denver. Son Kevin is married to Michelle and they live in Scottsdale with their triplet sons, Sutton, Tucker and Carter (8).  Lynn’s son Ben is a professional golfer playing out of Scottsdale, while Alex will begin his senior year at USC in the fall and plans to go to law school, and Teddy begins his senior year in High School at Brophy College Prep.

Brian is currently President of Desert Mountain Real Estate, (www.desertmountain.com) which operates an upscale residential golf community in North Scottsdale. Lynn, among things, maintains an interesting travel website at www.familytravel.com.

Most of Brian’s career has been involved with real estate/golf course development. He was part of the Sedona Development Partners LLC team (creators of the Seven Canyons community in Sedona, with its award-winning Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course and estate home sites), and was an executive at The Lyle Anderson Company’s 5000 acre master planned community of Las Campanas in Santa Fe, NM. He has served as a consultant on golf and residential community development projects in Scottsdale, Park City, Utah and Puerto Penasco, Mexico.

Needless to say, Brian continues to enjoy golf.  He looks forward to fishing this summer in Alaska and Montana and to attending the reunion in the fall.

1997 recap. Brian is Sr VP – Las Campanas Ltd. Partnership (a 4800 acre residential golf course / community development with two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, a spa/tennis center, and equestrian facilities – lot prices 250k to 1.5 M) . Still likes fly fishing, skiing and golf. He keeps close contact with Bette and Susie.

1982 recap. Divorced with 2 children, Sean and Kevin. Works in Investment Real Estate. In USMC '57-'60. U of Arizona '60-'62. Most of Brian’s business career has been in various executive positions with Combined Communications Corp (owner of TV and radio stations, newspapers, and outdoor advertising companies). Has lived in Phoenix, Kansas City and the LA area. Likes skiing, golf and fishing and writes poetry.
